Brief overview

• The Centre for Stress Management was established in 1987.
• The Centre for Postgraduate Studies and Research Ltd was established in 2000.
• The Centre for Coaching was established in 2001.
• The UK Centre for Health, Safety and Wellbeing was established in 2008.

Our group of Centres have evolved over a twenty one year period. Each Centre shares an administrative team with a number of Directors, consultants, trainers, coaches, psychologists, health educators and safety practitioners with their different specialisms, qualifications and experience.

Our highly trained specialists are constantly improving methods of their work, whose knowledge is verified by the corresponding certificates and Continuing Professional Development. They are all members of professional bodies and adhere to their Codes of Ethics and Practice. 

We place our clients and their needs as the main priority of our activity. This and only this allows us to hold the leading positions and client’s trust and respect.
